semi-pro baseball before beginning his career in broadcasting. Caray learned
his trade station Joliet and Kalamazoo, Michigan, eventually making piece by
piece and St. Louis hawks football team at the University of Missouri. Working
to WKZO in Kalamazoo, Caray worked with talented young announcer, has appointed
Paul Harvey. Caray spent twenty-five years in St. Louis, leaving in 1970, after
a dispute with the owners of the team. Caray broadcast over a year with Oakland
and after ten years with the Chicago White Sox joined the Cubs in 1982, and
became a national celebrity with the success of WGN. Harry Caray was
broadcaster 53 years in the year 1945 in 1998 year. Harry was named broadcaster
of the year seven times sports news. Gary was inducted into the broadcasters’
wing in major League Baseball Hall of Fame in 1989 and in the Radio Hall of
Fame in 1990. Harry Caray collapsed in a nightclub Rancho Mirage, California,
in the afternoons, Valentine's Day with his wife. After spending four days in a
coma, Caray died shortly after being removed from life support
