India won the
fourth match one day international (ODI) against England in Mumbai in six
wickets.
After losing three early wickets duo Suresh Raina and Devi Kohli consolidated Indian innings and led the fightback with a partnership 131 runs for the fourth wicket.
Earlier England
goal of 221 runs Chase. Varun Aaron and R Ashwin shared three wickets each in
England were packed for a simple score 220 flights.
In its
response, the Indian openers Ajinkya Rahane and Parthiv Patel go cautious
start, but Steve Finn got rid of Patel and followed the important wicket of
Gautam Gambhir.
Suresh Raina scored
80 runs before being clean bowled Steve Finn. Kohli scored unbeaten runs until
the end of Indian innings in style. Finn's impressive Bowling figures of three
wickets for 45 runs went in vain as the duo Raina Kohli, looked unstoppable at
the Wankhede.
India has
expanded the series lead to 4-0 and will play the fifth match at Calcutta on
Tuesday.
