"I wish to convey my best wishes to all of our communities here in the UK and around the world, celebrating the Festival of Diwali. Diwali, with all references to friendship, family and fellowship, something we can embrace and celebrate. It gives me great pleasure to be able once again to Downing Street to celebrate Diwali in October ".
